The creation of CAPPEMA has garnered support from Claudio Vidal, the governor of Santa Cruz, right from the outset, with a strong intention to foster local SME suppliers, as well as to strengthen existing organizations. Thus, the objective is to generate local value, with the involvement of local companies and employees.

The organizations comprising CAPPEMA supply not only to the mining sector of the province of Santa Cruz but also to the hydrocarbons sector. Additionally, providers of environmental solutions are included. Consequently, within the framework of this new organization, a broad profile of suppliers is established, with diversified economic segments, allowing for and articulating sustainable growth, with representatives from all localities of the province of Santa Cruz. Daniel Álvarez, the Chief of Ministers of the Government of Santa Cruz, stated, "We support the formal birth of this Chamber from the Provincial Executive, looking forward with great optimism to the possibility that this will generate employment and that the economic circuit will benefit everyone."

In addition to the Chief of Ministers, attendees included the Minister of Energy and Mining, Jaime Álvarez; the President of CAPPEMA, Alejandro Mendoza; the General Secretary of the Oil, Gas, and Renewable Energy Union, Rafael Güenchenen; and the Regional Director of the Mining Hierarchical Union (ASIJEMIN), Oscar Romillo. Furthermore, companies from all localities of the province were represented.
